Preeti Gupta is an Artist with demonstrated experience in art, illustration and design. Preeti G.’s art explorations are expressive and contemplative that weave reality and imagination. She has been working with a multitude of mediums to create art that intertwines her studies of nature, light, people and elements along with her exploration of expressing a moment in time and how it is captured in memory to form a visual narrative. Her work has been selected and displayed in National and International exhibits such as exhibitions held at the Alliance Française, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, Kala Srot Art Gallery, Lucknow, etc. Involved in creative surroundings since childhood and having lived and studied in many places, she received formal training in art and music. Preeti graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree specialising in Painting and was awarded the Director's Medal from the Dayalbagh Educational Institute. She also has a Professional Diploma in Adobe Photoshop, has received her Prabhakar (BA) and Sangeet Bhaskar (MA) in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music and has learnt the sitar, harmonium, piano. She is currently pursuing an MA in Theology. She is also currently working as an Illustrator at WallPaperScissor. Preeti's creative skills include painting, illustration, design, animation, music, photography, poetry and interdisciplinary art.
