Artist’s Statement

Preeti G.’s body of work is an exploration that is expressive and contemplative intersecting reality and imagination. The unifying theme of her work is the beauty of existence and infinite nature along with the complexity of light, colour and capturing a moment in time. Preeti works across various mediums and also interconnects art with technology. Her choice of medium and composition is inspired by the flora, people, elements, movement of light around her and how a landscape resonated with her in that exact moment. She expresses all these parts as a whole through visual language creating an ongoing narrative on her canvases, whether digital or analog.
